Last week, I happened to see an update on the Facebook page of our Deputy Prime Minister, Teo Chee Hean that he was in Beijing for an official visit, together with a few other ministers and their entourage. I was back in Singapore last month to attend MOBILE VALUE ADDED SERVICES (VAS) ASIA 2012 organized by IBC Asia.
